I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Nineteen million eight hundred and ninety seven thousand three hundred and two Dollars to the Public Service of

the year 1924, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which ie

not contrary to the Governor's Instructione.

2.

This Ordinance is in the usual form.

3.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which Hie Excellency the Governor ma, properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His

behalf.
